What are the return and exchange policies?

You can return products purchased from Colin's online store with your receipt within 15 days, provided that they are unused and all accessories are intact. Underwear products are not included in the return or size exchange policy.

You can change the size of the products you want to exchange in our stores, provided it's the same product. Other changes besides size cannot be made in our stores.

In case of returns or exchanges for a different product, the points spent will be deducted, and the points you have accumulated are valid until the end of the year; they do not carry over to the following year.

How can I return the products I bought?

In the "My Account" section under "My Orders," you need to create a return request by selecting the order you want to return from the list. After that, send the product to the nearest Aramex office for free with the return code displayed on the screen and ship it to the sender's address at no cost.

Note: Returns cannot be made at express delivery agencies. The main office and branches of postal and telegraph services are the points where shipments will be delivered. You can use the link below to find the nearest branch.

Refund Method:

To refund the returned amount, please share the following information with us:

• After returning the product with the shipping company, please share:
  • A picture of the return receipt provided by the shipping company.
  • The return date with the shipping company.
  • The order number of the returned product, specifying which product was returned and its price.
  • The bank name in English letters.
  • The International Bank Account Number (IBAN).
  • The SWIFT Code.
  • The full name of the cardholder in English letters.

With which shipping company are returns handled?

You can send the products you want to return to Colin's online store's return warehouse for free with Aramex, the contracted shipping company. For returns with other shipping companies, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

What is the return approval process?

The product that arrives for return will be inspected to see if it meets the return conditions mentioned above. If suitable for return, the transaction will be approved and the return will be processed.

When and how is the refund made?

The refund amount for the returned product (excluding shipping service fees) will be transferred to your account or credit card within 14 business days.
